We are building a new, car-free development in Colliers Wood (called Station Road), specifically for rehousing Eastfields Assured tenants. You will be able to register your interest in living at the Station Road development by speaking to your Regeneration Manager. Assured tenants and resident homeowners who wish to remain at Eastfields will be offered a new home on the Eastfields estate.
To minimise disruption, the construction will be completed in 3 phases. The first phase, creating 201 new homes, is now underway.

Yes, a number of homes will be available to purchase on a Shared Ownership model.
We will make decisions about planned repairs and maintenance based on an assessment of each home and where it comes in the phasing programme for regeneration.
No - Clarion is a social landlord that invests any money it makes back into communities. As well as providing new energy efficient homes for existing Assured tenants and resident homeowners, regeneration will involve creating new community facilities, green spaces, jobs and training opportunities. To help pay for this we need to build additional homes for private sale, but we will make no profit from the regeneration. All existing tenants and homeowners have a guaranteed right to return to their neighbourhood in a replacement home. 
We will be offering a white goods recycling service, so you can donate any old fridges, freezers, cookers, etc. to be passed to people who need them.
