Eastfields estate will be transformed with 800 new homes being built over several construction phases
The Eastfields estate regeneration sees 800 new homes planned, all centred around a new public park. There will be an over 30% uplift in social rented floor space, to deal with current high levels of overcrowding. Air source heat pumps will provide heat and hot water for all new homes.
