Eastfields is changing, it will be transformed into a greener more connected neighbourhood for current and future residents.
The regeneration of Eastfields estate will create over 800 affordable homes, helping address overcrowding. With a new public park and green spaces that support wellbeing, all homes will be fossil fuel-free with sustainable features such as air source heat pumps and solar panels.
Eastfields Phase 1C
We are creating 77 contemporary new homes to meet the housing needs of existing Eastfields residents. All the houses and apartments have been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, security and private outdoor space, while meeting modern standards for energy efficiency.

Eastfields Phase 1A
Building the first new homes at Eastfields marked an important milestone of the estate regeneration. The homes include a mix of three-bedroom houses, two- and three-bedroom maisonettes, and one- and two-bedroom flats, designed to meet the needs of existing residents. Modern features include secure door entry systems, lift access and renewable energy-supported heating and hot water systems.
